​For health and safety reasons, we do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products if they have been opened, used or damaged.

​In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.  The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, and unopened or undamaged in any way.

​After we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund, minus the original shipping cost.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during purchase.  It make take five to ten business days for a refund to show up in your bank account or on your credit card.

​If the product has been damaged, opened, or used in any way, or you have returned the product after 14 calendar days have passed from your original purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Currently we only ship with New Zealand, and our costs are auto-calculated by weight, based on the number of bottles you are purchasing.
